This seminar focuses on developing process flow diagrams and detailed technical descriptions. Participants will understand how to effectively document and describe processes, supporting both quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
At the end of the seminar, participants will be able to:
Correctly map the processes of a food business, from the receipt of raw materials to the distribution of products
Create functional and technical flow charts based on actual production or manufacturing flows
They prepare technical descriptions of spaces, equipment and operations, in accordance with the requirements of the competent authorities (EFET, DAOK, Municipalities)
Apply standard terminology and wording for clarity and documentation in HACCP files or operating permits
Recognize the most frequent omissions and errors identified during the evaluation of files by audit bodies
Prepare a complete and properly structured file with a flow chart and technical description for various types of businesses (food laboratories, catering, grocery stores, packaging plants)
