Next Step Premium Food Workshops was born from the need to bridge a significant gap: the gap between academic studies and the real demands of the food industry.
Two industry professionals, with many years of experience in food business consulting and quality system auditing, joined forces to create something different — a practical learning environment, based on real market problems, tools and processes.
